Urania Beauty is a fictional beauty brand based around the planet Uranus. Below you can see the brand style guide, as well as a brand video, and a short explanation of my design process.

Design Process
This branding project began as an exploration of an assigned planet. Mine was Uranus. My first step after being assigned that planet was to make a mood board based on the persona I wished to create. Then I made a playlist based on said persona. From the persona-based playlist, I created a short 10-line poem, further encompassing the brand's persona and vibe. To steer away from the elementary jokes surrounding my planet, I decided to change the brand name to Urania. Once the brand's identity was decided, I started sketching logo ideas. I decided on a few to bring into illustrator. Out of those few, I picked a final logo that I thought fully captured Urania Beauty as a whole. From photos of Uranus, I took two of my brand colors: blue and green. I then added purple and a darker blue to fill out my color palette.
